The need for House of Light
was identified following our
own experiences of the horrendous illness that is Postnatal Depression (PND).

We realised that there was a huge lack of awareness, information and help available for mothers going through PND.

We offer support and advice to parents on all aspects of caring for a child with Down Syndrome.

We offer parents lots of useful resources, training and support. We also organise heaps of great social activities, such as swimming and BBQs.
